SELLER INFORMATION---THE EPHEMERA CATALOG Sellers are by invitation only
on The Ephemera Catalog. There are 16 seller links and you may apply to be a seller when one seller link becomnes available, the fee is FREE.. If you are interested please call Bill Mobley at
303-761-3755, MST. The Ephemera Catalog invites sellers to register so they can list items for sale. We view sellers as full or part time professionals. This is a mail order service, and all professional mail order
rules apply. Please honor these. Most sellers are familiar with annual paper shows, catalogs, mail auctions, mail approvals and Internet auctions. The Ephemera Catalog offers a different service, one that
complements all these venues. Selling through The Ephemera Catalog can bring a higher return in future sales and increased customer base. The Ephemera Catalog is not just another way to sell quality ephemera; it is
the only way to offer quality ephemera that combines all of the best features of shows, catalogs and world wide web marketing, reaching a greater customer base via the web. A JPG image is required
with each item listed and sellers are responsible for hosting and maintianing their own jpg images. We offer the seller a place to link to their own web site. Each seller, once activated, will have their own administration screen and the option to modify their personal listing, list new items, veiw their items listed and delete those sold items. This system allows the seller to modify their address, phone number, inventory description, but not the assigned User ID & Password which is assigned to you. When you sign up you'll receive an e-mail with full instructions for listing your items.
Sellers must provide a business references and their Ebay history with their ebay handle. IMPORTANT , PLEASE READ:
This site will require regular vigilance. Those sellers registering must agree to maintain, upload and download ephemera when needed and
answer all e-mails received. Sellers will be solely responsible for ALL required state and federal taxes.
THE EPHEMERA CATALOG (TEC) Seller Contract Rules
This contract is between The Ephemera Catalog and the Seller. The Seller will be solely responsible for all
sales and transactions, to remove sold items in a timely manner, to maintain a current quality inventory for sale and to collect all State and Federal sales taxes required by law. Seller agrees not to hold The
Ephemera Catalog, Wm. Frost Mobley or Carol Ann Mobley liable. The seller agrees to the following Terms and Conditions: 1. We at TEC offer this service for the Web community and cannot take responsibility
for the quality of the items presented for sale. 2. Seller assumes all risk and liability arising from their offer and sale of any item in TEC. Seller agrees to indemnify and hold TEC harmless with regard to
loss or damage experienced through use of TEC. 3. TEC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. 4. Seller must be of legal age and able to enter into binding contracts. 5. TEC does not
allow the sale of reproductions and illegal items, all expressly prohibited by TEC. TEC reserves the right to remove any items that do not comply with this rule.
6. TEC does not assume responsibility for the content of the items for sale. 7. Seller agrees to refrain from spamming - sending unsolicited commercial e-mail to other users. 8. TEC cannot guarantee that
Sellers will complete the sale of an item. TEC cannot guarantee that Buyers will complete the purchase of an item. All risk is taken by the individual Seller and Buyer.
9. Payment terms are to be agreed upon between Seller and Buyer. 10. TEC is not responsible for damage or loss caused by errors or failure in equipment in this system or the Internet. 11. Seller assumes all
responsibility for listing items for sale. Buyer should contact the seller to answer any questions and complete the transaction. All users agree not to hold TEC responsible with regard to loss or damage while using
this system. 12. All rights of the parties hereunder shall be governed by Colorado law and the parties agree that in the event that any legal action shall be commenced, it shall only be commenced in courts of
